All notices from a grantee to the City pursuant to this chapter and the franchise shall be to the Municipal Manager or his or her designee. A grantee shall maintain with the City, throughout the term of the franchise, an address for service of notices by mail. A grantee shall also maintain a local telephone number for the conduct of matters relating to the franchise during normal business hours. A grantee shall be required to advise the City of such address and telephone number and any changes thereto.
