881.13   CREDITS FOR TAXES PAID TO ANOTHER MUNICIPALITY OR JOINT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.
   The City does not allow credits for taxes paid to any other municipality to be used to offset tax due to New Carlisle.
