Section 3.01. Powers of the City.

The City shall have all power vested in it under the Constitution and laws of the State of Ohio. The City shall have any and all such additional powers not specifically denied it by the Constitution and laws of the State of Ohio, or the Constitution and laws of the United States not specifically denied it by this Charter. (Amended Nov. 3, 1998)
