618.15   ANIMAL ENCLOSURES.
   (a)   Except in an A Agricultural District, no person, except a licensed veterinarian, shall keep a hog, pig, horse, mule, cow, goat, sheep or any other member of the equidae family, the bovidae family or the suidae family, or any fowl or poultry, in a pen, yard, lot, house, residence or other enclosure in the City.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
