618.09 HINDERING LAWFUL CAPTURE OF ANIMALS.

(a) No person shall obstruct or interfere with anyone lawfully engaged in capturing an unlicensed dog or any unrestrained animal or making an examination of a dog wearing a tag.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
