(a) The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines and fees for the installation of reserved parking spaces for disabled persons in residential areas, given certain conditions that prohibit said persons from accessing on or near site off-street parking, and subject to the availability of on-street parking at the residence in question.
(b) The posting of said space is to establish a parking space for a specific person and vehicle to assist those persons who are mobility impaired and have no adequate available off-street parking within reasonable distance of their residence.
