There is hereby established a Court Computerization Fund in which there shall be a deposit of up to three dollars ($3.00), paid by each offender as an additional court cost of the City's Mayor's Court, which funds shall be utilized to computerize the Court and make available computerized legal research services. The funds shall be used by the City's Mayor's Court to pay only those costs it incurs in computerizing the Court, procuring and maintaining legal research services, or both, or in accordance with Ohio R.C. 1901.261(A)(1) for technological expenses of the Court.
