The City hereby adopts the guidelines established by the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (OMUTCD), to establish a sign maintenance program, a copy of which is attached to Ordinance 11-57, for use in the City for maintenance of all traffic signs within the City, using the Management Method with Blanket Replacement, in compliance with the OMUTCD Section 2A.09. All traffic control devices shall also comply with the OMUTCD.
