1294.24 USE AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR FLOOD HAZARD REDUCTION.

The use and development standards In Sections 1294.25 through 1294.33 apply to development wholly within, partially within, or in contact with any special flood hazard area as established in Sections 1294.06 and 1.6 or 1294.22(a).
