272.04 AUTHORITY OF COUNCIL RE FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS.

Upon receipt of the recommendations of the Community Advocacy Board, Council shall hold a public hearing on the proposed funding recommendation and shall act on such proposal by appropriate resolution. The final authority regarding such proposal shall rest with Council.
