272.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION; TERMS.

There is hereby established a Community Advocacy Board consisting of five members, appointed by Council for staggered three-year terms from among the electors of the City. Members of this Board shall hold no other Municipal office. A Chairperson of the Board shall be elected annually by a majority vote of the members.
