246.11 MISCELLANEOUS.
   (a)   No employee shall represent the City in outside activities or other employment without the approval of the City.
   (b)   Any employee of the organization who accepts gifts or gratuities, from individuals, companies, clients or suppliers, in connection with job or the City programs, with a value in excess of that set by Federal regulations, will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
   (c)   No City employee shall benefit from any programs, grants, gifts, materials, etc. operated by the City.
   (d)   The City may exercise its right to inspect all packages and parcels entering and leaving the City premises.
   (e)   The City has an established policy regarding business travel and the personal use of government equipment. This policy is attached here as Appendix D. A separate computer, e-mail, voice mail, and technology policy is attached here as Appendix E.
   (f)   In order to control costs, all calls to the Director of Law, except those deemed an emergency, should only be made by a member of management.
   (g)   No employee is permitted to use the City garage for work on their personal vehicles, even if it is on their own time.
