246.10 LAYOFF, JOB BIDDING, RESIGNATION.
   (a)   Layoff/Job Bidding. Non-exempt employees will be governed by the current Union contract in matters of layoff, recall from layoff, and job bidding.
   (b)   Resignation. An employee who wishes to resign should give two weeks written notice to the immediate supervisor with the reasons stated therein. Only that vacation, sick leave, or compensatory time that has been accrued to date will be paid upon termination. Upon termination, unused vacation and compensatory time will be paid to an employee, or their designated beneficiaries, at the current rate of pay.
