1062.03   BILLING POLICY.
   (a)   The New Carlisle Fire Division uses a third-party billing agency to collect the fees for ambulance services.
   (b)   After all attempts by the billing agency to collect fees due have been exhausted and 120 days have passed, the overdue account(s) may be forwarded to a collection agency for recovery of funds.
