(a) Every commercial refuse hauler operating in the Municipality on a regularly scheduled basis is hereby required to be registered with the Director of Public Service.
(b) Such registration shall contain the name, address and phone number of the hauler and shall also include a schedule of applicable rates and charges, which shall be kept current.
