1610.99   PENALTY.
   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
   The imposition of one penalty for such a violation or noncompliance shall not excuse the violation or noncompliance or permit it to continue, and a person who so violates or fails to comply is required to correct and remedy violations or defects specified. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each ten days that prohibited conditions are maintained.
   The application of the penalty set forth in this section shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.
