1460.13   RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   Whenever necessary for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this Exterior Property Maintenance Code, or whenever the Director of Public Service or his or her designee or the Planning Director or his or her designee or the Enforcement Officer or his or her designee has reasonable cause to believe that there exists in any building or structure or upon any premises, any condition which makes such building, structure or premises unsafe, the Director of Public Service or his or her designee or the Planning Director or his or her designee or the Enforcement Officer or his or her designee may enter such building, structure or premises during reasonable times to inspect the same or to perform any duty imposed upon the Director of Public Service or his or her designee or the Planning Director or his or her designee or the Enforcement Officer or his or her designee by this Exterior Property Maintenance Code; provided that if such building, structure or premises is occupied, shall first present proper credentials and request entry. If such entry is refused, the Director of Public Service or his or her designee or the Planning Director or his or her designee or the Enforcement Officer or his or her designee shall have recourse to every remedy provided by law to secure entry.
