1452.02   SYSTEM OF NUMBERING.
   Streets crossing or terminating at Washington Street shall be numbered north and south therefrom; streets crossing or terminating at Main Street shall be numbered east and west therefrom; and streets not connected with Main Street or Washington Street shall be numbered as though such streets extended to Main Street or Washington Street. One hundred numbers shall be assigned to each block of usual length. Consecutive odd numbers shall be used on buildings on the north and west sides of streets, and consecutive even numbers shall be used on buildings on the south and east sides of streets. One whole number shall be assigned to every twenty feet of abutting land, provided that a lot or building with a frontage of less than twenty feet shall be assigned a whole number, and half numbers may be used where necessary.
