(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of the Clark County Regulations for One, Two and Three-Family Dwellings, as adopted in Section 1420.01, shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(b) If a building is being erected, constructed, altered, repaired or maintained in violation of such Regulations, the Board of County Commissioners, the Prosecuting Attorney for the County or the building official, or any adjacent, contiguous or neighboring property owner who would be especially damaged by such violation, in addition to the remedies provided by law, may institute a suit for injunction, abatement or other appropriate action to prevent such violation of such Regulations relating to the erection, construction, alteration, repair or maintenance of such building.
