1420.04 CONFLICTS OF LAW.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the Clark County Regulations for One, Two and Three-Family Dwellings, as adopted in Section 1420.01, and a provision of any other standard technical code adopted by the Municipality or any ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation of Council, the stricter standard shall control.
