The purpose of the Clark County Regulations for One, Two and Three-Family Dwellings, as adopted in Section 1420.01, is to regulate the safety, health and sanitary conditions of one, two and three-family dwellings in the Municipality; to regulate the erection, construction, repair, alteration and maintenance of such buildings and their accessory structures; to provide a just, equitable and practical method to be cumulative with, and in addition to, any other remedy provided by law, whereby such buildings which, from any cause, endanger the life, limb, health, safety and welfare of the general public or the occupants of such buildings, may be required to be repaired, vacated or demolished; and to provide for the administration of such Regulations and the enforcement thereof.
