(a) Parking spaces for permitted or conditional uses not listed in this chapter shall be determined by the Board of Appeals.
(b) Fractional numbers of spaces shall be increased to the next higher whole number.
(c) Where there is an adequate public transit system, or where for any other reason parking requirements are unusually low, the parking space provisions of this chapter may be reduced proportionately by the Board.
