1292.18   PARKING SPACE REQUIREMENTS.
   Required parking spaces for individual uses are as follows:

      (2)   Hotels and motels
1 for each sleeping room, plus 1 space for each 2 employees as required for restaurants, assembly rooms and related facilities
      (3)   Funeral parlors, mortuaries and similar uses
1 for each 50 square feet of public floor area, plus 1 for each employee and business vehicle
   (c)   Recreation or Entertainment.
      (1)   Bowling alleys
4 for each alley or lane, plus 1 additional space for each 100 square feet of the area used for a restaurant, a cocktail lounge or a similar use
      (2)   Dance floors, skating rinks
1 for each 100 square feet of floor area used for the activity
      (3)   Outdoor public swimming
1 for each 5 persons of the pools pool's capacity, plus 1 for each 4 seats or one for each 30 square feet of floor area used for seating purposes, whichever requires the greater parking area
      (4)   Auditoriums, sport arenas, theaters and similar uses
1 for each 3.5 seats
      (5)   Retail stores
1 for each 200 square feet of floor area
      (6)   Banks, financial institutions and similar uses
1 for each 150 square feet of floor area
      (7)   Offices and public or

1 for each 150 square feet of commercial uses permitted floor area in a commercial district

1 for each 90 square feet of floor area, with a minimum of 15 spaces
      (10)   Drive-in restaurants
1 for each 30 square feet of floor area, with a minimum of 15 spaces
      (11)   Sit-down restaurants
1 for each 50 square feet of floor area
      (12)   Restaurants serving
1 for each 35 square feet of alcoholic beverages floor area, with a minimum of 50 spaces

1 for each 2 employees (on the and wholesale uses per largest shift for which the permitted in an Industrial building is designed), plus 1 District for each motor vehicle used in the business
      (2)   Cartage, express, parcel
1 for each 2 employees (on the delivery and freight largest shift for which the terminals building is designed), and 1 for each motor vehicle maintained on the premises
      (3)   Warehouse uses permitted
1 for each 10,000 square feet of in an Industrial District floor area, plus 1 for each 2 employees on the combined work shifts
