The Fire Administrator is responsible for the administration of the Division of Fire. The incumbent shall report to the City Manager and, utilizing the experience of the officers of the Division, shall formulate and recommend to the City Manager for approval all departmental policies, procedures, rules and regulations for the management and operation of the Division and its personnel.
