236.02 AUTHORITY OF LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM TRAINEES.

Trainees employed by the Municipality in the Law Enforcement Training Program shall have the same authority as regular police officers to issue citations, and sign affidavits to be filed in the appropriate court of jurisdiction, for violations of parking ordinances of the Municipality.
