1256.07 LOTS.

Zoning lots not less than 8,000 square feet per dwelling unit are permitted in an R-5 Medium Density Residential District. No lot in such a District shall have a width less than seventy feet. Such lots are permitted only if they are serviced by group or central sewage treatment.
