1248.04 ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS.

   For the purposes, and to aid in the interpretation, of this Zoning Code, the Municipality is hereby divided into the following districts:

   SER   Suburban Estate Residential;

   R-2   Low Density Residential;

   R-4   One and Two-Family Residential;

   R-5   Medium Density Residential;

   R-6   Medium-High Density Single-Family Residential;

   R-7   High Density Single-Family Residential;

   R-12   Multifamily Residential;

   MHR-8   Mobile Home Residential;

   OA   Office-Apartment;

   GB   General Business;

   CB   Central Business;

   I-1   Light Industrial;

   A   Agricultural;

   FH   Flood Hazard District (Overlay District); and

   R-PUD   Planned Unit Development.
