210.19 INTERVIEWS OF BOARD APPLICANTS.

(a) Whenever it is the responsibility of Council to fill vacancies on a Municipal board, each applicant to fill a vacant seat on such board shall be interviewed by a quorum of Council before taking a seat on such board.

(b) Interviews shall be held at a time convenient for both Council members and the applicant and scheduled by an affirmative vote of a quorum of Council.
