1240.04 REPEAL OF CONFLICTING REGULATIONS; EFFECTIVE DATE.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Zoning Code or inconsistent with the provisions thereof are hereby repealed to the extent necessary to give this Zoning Code full force and effect. This Zoning Code shall become effective from and after the date of its approval and adoption, as provided by law.
