1238.01 GENERALLY.

Within the three-mile jurisdictional area, Municipal specifications as to improvements shall prevail, if jurisdiction is assumed by the Municipality, unless there is an agreement between the Municipality and the County whereby the specifications set forth in the agreement shall prevail.
