1236.02 CONFORMITY OF RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS.

All proposed residential subdivisions shall conform to a neighborhood-type urban pattern. The specific area plan, together with the Comprehensive Plans for the Municipality and Clark County, shall be adhered to.
