   The order of business at a Council meeting shall be as follows:
   (a)   Call to order;
   (b)   Roll call;
   (c)   Invocation;
   (d)   Pledge of Allegiance;
   (e)   Action on minutes of previous meeting;
   (f)   City Manager's report;
   (g)   Action on City Manager's report;
   (h)   Presentations;
   (i)   Committee reports;
   (j)   Resolutions;
   (k)   Ordinances;
   (l)   Other business; and
   (m)   Adjournment.
