1228.06 EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF APPROVED PRELIMINARY PLAT.

The approval of the preliminary plat shall be effective for a maximum of twelve months and shall guarantee that the terms under which the approval was granted will not be affected by changes to these Subdivision Regulations.
