1228.05 PUBLIC HEARINGS BEFORE PRELIMINARY PLAT ACTION.

The Planning Board shall, prior to acting on a preliminary subdivision plat for a subdivision in the Municipality, hold a public hearing thereon at such time and place and upon such notice as the Board may designate. For a subdivision within the three-mile jurisdictional limit, the Commission shall first hold a public hearing thereon, followed by a public hearing held by the Board.
