Within twenty days after the plat is recorded, the developer shall furnish reproducible copies of the recorded plat and final construction drawings to the planning staff. If the plat is located in the three-mile jurisdictional area, is an annexation plat or abuts a State highway, extra copies shall be required. When it is necessary to itemize the covenants on a separate sheet of the final plan, seven copies shall be necessary, if located in the Municipality, and ten copies if in the County.
