210.03 CLOSED OR EXECUTIVE SESSIONS.

All meetings where official business is conducted shall be held in public. However, Council may convene a closed or executive session to discuss legal matters, sale or purchase of property, personnel matters, legal matters or other business that would tend to defame or prejudice a person or a situation.
