(a) Contents; Time Limits. A final map shall be acted upon by the Planning Board, provided that the items, where applicable, set forth in the following table have been submitted seven working days prior to the meeting of the Board. If the plat is not approved within thirty days from the date of submission, the provisions of Ohio R.C. 711.09 shall apply.

(b) Action Prior to Approval. The planning staff shall distribute the necessary copies of the items requested in subsection (a) hereof to the agencies involved. The developer may guarantee the construction of required improvements to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Service prior to certification by the Planning Director.
(c) Annexation. When a proposed plat adjoins the Municipality, Council may require, as a condition of extending water and sanitary sewer lines, that the owner submit to the County Commissioners a request for annexation. (Ord. 83-32. Passed 8-15-83.)
