1220.08 NOTICE, HEARING, APPROVAL AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.

These Subdivision Regulations are effective after the necessary notice and public hearing as required by the Municipal Charter, adoption by the Planning Board and Council and certification to the Recorders of Clark and Miami Counties. (Ord. 83-32. Passed 8-15-83.)
