1220.02 PURPOSE.

These Subdivision Regulations are adopted to provide an efficient urban development pattern by allocating sufficient and convenient open areas for traffic, utilities, recreation, light, air and the avoidance of population congestion. (Ord. 83-32. Passed 8-15-83.)
