Ward Four is the northwest section of the Municipality, bounded as follows: beginning at the intersection of the north corporation line and the west corporation line; thence east with the north corporation line to the centerline of Kennison Street; thence south with the centerline of Kennison Street to the centerline of Pease Drive; thence south with the centerline of Pease Drive to the centerline of Lake Street; thence west with the centerline of Lake Street to the west corporation line; thence north with the west corporation line to the place of beginning.
