Ward Three is the northeast section of the Municipality, bounded as follows: beginning at the intersection of the east corporation line and the centerline of Lake Street; thence west with the centerline of Lake Street to the centerline of Pease Drive; thence north with the centerline of Pease Drive to the centerline of Kennison Street; thence east and north with the centerline of Kennison Street to the north corporation line; thence east with the north corporation line to the east corporation line; thence south with the east corporation line to the place of beginning.
