Ward Two is the southwest section of the Municipality, bounded as follows: beginning at the intersection of the west corporation line and the centerline of Lake Street; thence east with the centerline of Lake Street to the centerline of Clay Street; thence south with the centerline of Clay Street to the centerline of Washington Street; thence west with the centerline of Washington Street extended to the west corporation line; thence north with the west corporation line to the place of beginning.
