Ward One is the southeast section of the Municipality, bounded as follows: beginning at the intersection of the east corporation line and the centerline of Lake Street; thence west with the centerline of Lake Street to the centerline of Clay Street; thence south with the centerline of Clay Street to the centerline of Washington Street; thence west with the centerline of Washington Street to the southwest corporation line; thence with the southwest corporation line to the east corporation line; thence north with the east corporation line to the place of beginning.
