882.02   PURPOSE.
   Revenues from the tax imposed by this chapter shall be used for the following purposes:
   (a)   Paying the costs and expenses of enforcing and administering this tax;
   (b)   Planning, constructing, improving, maintaining and repairing streets in the Municipality;
   (c)   Maintaining and repairing bridges and viaducts in the Municipality;
   (d)   Paying the Municipality's portion of the costs and expenses of cooperating with the Department of Highways of the State in the planning, improvement and construction of State highways;
   (e)   Paying the Municipality's portion of the compensation, damages, costs and expenses of planning, constructing, improving, maintaining and repairing streets in the Municipality;
   (f)   Paying any cost apportioned to the Municipality under Ohio R.C. 4907.47;
   (g)   Paying debt service charges on notes or bonds of the Municipality issued for such purposes;
   (h)   Purchasing, erecting and maintaining street and traffic signs and markers;
   (i)   Purchasing, erecting and maintaining traffic lights and signals; and
   (j)   To supplement revenues already available for such purposes.
