§ 92.02 DEPOSIT OF SNOW OR ICE ON STREETS, SIDEWALKS OR OTHER PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall plow, shovel or blow any snow or ice from private property onto any highway, public street or thoroughfare, crosswalk, school bus stop, public parking lot or any public property, except that snow or ice removed from a sidewalk may be placed on the tree lawn adjacent to such sidewalk.
   (B)   The Street Superintendent is authorized to remove any snow or ice which has been placed by any person on public property and report in writing the necessary expense incident thereto to the Clerk-Treasurer of the town, who shall certify the amount, with a description of the lot or parcel of ground, and with the owner or owner's name or names and the name and address of the person violating this section for such action as the Town Council authorizes to collect such expense in addition to any fines levied under this chapter.
