§ 37.09 NON-REVERTING CEMETERY GIFT FUND.
   (A)   The Town Council allows the Cemetery Board to accept donations for the beautification of the cemetery.
   (B)   The donations received are appropriated by the Cemetery Board for purposes specified by the donor and approved by the Cemetery Board.
   (C)   A non-reverting cemetery gift fund shall be established and entitled the Non-Reverting Cemetery Fund for the purpose specified in this section.
