§ 37.05 CUMULATIVE FIRE FUND.
   (A)   There is re-established a Cumulative Fire Fund.

   (B)   The Town Council may levy a tax on all taxable property and the revenue from the levy will be retained in the town Cumulative Fire Fund.

   (C)   The tax rate in division (B) above may not exceed $0.10 on each $100 of assessed valuation of property in the taxing district.

   (D)   The funds accumulated in the Cumulative Fire Fund for the town shall be used for those items allowed under I.C. 36-8-14-2.

   (E)   The tax, after approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners, may be levied annually beginning with the first annual tax levy after approval every year thereafter until rescinded, and must be advertised annually as other tax levies are, beginning with the first annual levy.

   (F)   This section takes effect upon approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
