§ 37.03 CRIMINAL JUSTICE PLANNING AGENCY FUND.
   (A)   Fund established. The Criminal Justice Planning Agency Fund is created.
   (B)   Purpose. This Fund is established for the purpose of receiving monies to be used for the financing of public safety equipment for the town.
