§ 37.02 COMMUNITY AMBULANCE GIFT FUND.
   (A)   Fund established. The Community Ambulance Gift Fund is created and established.
   (B)   Purpose. This Fund is created for the purposes of receiving gifts and donations from individuals, clubs, organizations, and other groups to finance the purchasing and maintenance of a community ambulance and related equipment.
