§ 37.01 CASH RESERVE FUND.
   (A)   Fund established. The Cash Reserve Fund of the electric utility of the town is created.
   (B)   Purposes. The Town Council may transfer into this Fund amounts from the electric operating account by specific and separate ordinances.
